Developing Culturally Competent Leadership
Dr. Shuler will provide your organization with both a strategy and
implementation guide. These documents will include observations,
recommendations, and guidance in execution of cultural proficiency to
assist your organization to achieve its desired goals.

Suggested Attendees: These cultural competency learning
experiences have proven most effective for organizations when CEO's,
Presidents, Senior Executive Officers, Board Leadership, management
staff, emerging leaders, and any other leader who has significant
influence within the organization participate. These sessions may be
divided into groups.
Suggested Length of Learning Experience: These learning
experiences take time to take root, therefore, Opportunity Option B is
recommended for most organizations.
